Yoga for the Heart: Yoga for the Heart-New studies show reduced frequency of atrial fibrillation with Yoga for the Heart. You will participate in deep-breathing exercises, yoga poses, imagery, meditation, and progressive relaxation. Wear warm, soft clothing, bring a sweatshirt, and be prepared to de-stress.
