Walk with a Doc

EXERCISE IS MEDICINE! Join the cardiologists and providers from South Denver Cardiology for this FREE, fun walking program. What better way to start your weekend than to make strides toward a healthier lifestyle? Participants will have the opportunity to walk and talk with the providers of South Denver Cardiology. We will have coffee and light snacks for walkers. SDCA will host this walk monthly. Children and well-behaved pets are welcome.

The event is held at the South Denver Heart Center, 1000 SouthPark Dr., Littleton, CO 80120. 

Special instructions are below.

1. Please do not come to the walk if you are sick, recently recovered from being sick, have active symptoms (loss of smell or taste, cough, fever, etc.), or were exposed directly to a person with COVID-19.

South Denver Cardiology

Randy Cupps Graduated from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado, in 1983 with a degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. Randy started his medical career in 1980 as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) working on an ambulance and in an emergency room. He then joined South Denver Cardiology in 1986 when it was South Denver Cardiac Rehabilitation as an Exercise Physiologist conducting a wide variety of Graded Exercise Testing on a diverse patient population. Randy continues to keep his EMT current, and he is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. In 2012 Randy acquired the role of business development, marketing, and physician relations manager at SDCA.
