You might not realize it, but your body balances every day, whether walking or simply getting up from a chair. This crucial component of fitness plays a key role in strengthening your core and leg muscles and improving the mind-body connection. With a combination of seated and standing exercises, this 4-week progressive class will work on stability, posture, and coordination skills to prevent falls and improve your overall functional fitness. This class lasts four weeks, once a week. Registration is mandatory. Class limit 10. Please sign up at the greeter’s desk.
