An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until August 30, 2021
(On-line) Tai Chi (24-form): The ancient Chinese art of movement meditation, consisting of slow continuous, circular movements in a flowing form. Performing all 24 movements will give the beginner an introduction to the essential elements of Tai Chi long form. Come and learn the basic moves while improving your balance, coordination, and memory!
To attend, you must be a current gym member, a Silver Sneakers member, a Renew Active member, or a Silver & Fit member. ALL participants must fill out a medical history and consent/waiver form before receiving an invite to a Zoom class. Please contact the wellness gym if interested, 303-715-2261.
