Yang Style Tai Chi (long form): The ancient Chinese art of movement meditation consists of slow continuous, circular movements in a flowing form. Join us and improve your balance, coordination, and memory! This program allows you to achieve a state of relaxation and improved health through movement.  Medical clearance is required. Registration is not required; first-come, first-serve.
