Strength & Balance Class is designed to help seniors improve their balance, strength, and confidence. Participants will use a chair and dumbbells to increase strength, flexibility, and balance, building independence through fall prevention, education, and chair-supported movements. This class is suitable for all ability levels and is created by fitness experts to help seniors feel stronger and enjoy their activities.
