Qigong – is a traditional low impact Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, controlled breathing, and balance. In this class setting, an instructor leads participants through slow flowing motions and simple postures designed to improve energy flow, reduce stress, and enhance balance and flexibility. Join us to improve your focused awareness and cultivate your body’s vital energy “Qi” (life force).
