Join Jennifer Greenman, LCSW and Kaye Gooch, MSW, from the Amyloidosis Research Consortium as they present on “Caring for the Caregiver.” Cardiac Amyloidosis is a chronic disease that can adversely impact patient’s quality of life and complicate care. Social interaction, through your support group, can bring a feeling of understanding and belonging. Learn more about the condition and meet other patients for support and information. We will have a short professional presentation and then have time for a peer guided discussion.
