Balance- About one-third of the elder population over the age of 65 falls each year, and the risk of falls increases proportionately with age. At 80 years, over half of seniors fall annually. In this fun and interactive class, you will learn techniques to improve strength, coordination, and balance. Come in comfortable clothing and shoes, and be ready to move! This class lasts four weeks, once a week. (This is a free class, but you must register for this class.) Limit 10.
