AT&T customers

Attention:

Some AT&T customers cannot call us and are getting a message stating, “The listed phone number is not in service.” We want to reassure you that our phone system is working normally. However, this problem that AT&T customers are having involves Lumen and AT&T and connecting calls to our number. We have been told they are working on a solution to remedy the problem. In the meantime, if you cannot call us on our main line and get a similar message, we advise you to send us a message through yourĀ AdventHealth PortalĀ or send us a message on ourĀ Make an Appointment page. An SDC customer service representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.Ā
