Cardiac Amyloidosis is a chronic disease that can adversely impact patient’s quality of life and complicate care. Social interaction, through your support group, can bring a feeling of understanding and belonging. Learn more about the condition and meet other patients and their caregivers for support and information. We will have a short professional presentation and then have time for a peer guided discussion.
