(On-line) Tai Chi (long form): Tai Chi means balance, and by learning to practice you can create a blend of spiritual and physical health. This program allows you to achieve a state of relaxation and improved health through movement meditation.
To attend, you must be a current gym member, a Silver Sneakers member, a Renew Active member, or a Silver & Fit member. ALL participants must fill out a medical history and consent/waiver form before receiving an invite to a Zoom class. Please contact the wellness gym if interested, 303-715-2261.
