Tai Chi 24-Form– Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of moving meditation.  This class is designed for beginners and teaches basic Yang style movements that create a wonderful basis for Yang-style Long Form.  Doctors and researchers both in China and in the Western world have documented many health benefits from tai chi, including improvements in balance, flexibility, stamina, blood pressure, general heart health, and mental health.  Registration is not required, first-come, first-serve.  Limit 20
