Denver Cardiology Group Embrace’s Men’s Health Month
June is Men’s Health Month and the purpose of Men’s Health Month is to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. At South Denver Cardiology Associates we care for men 18 and up. With cardiovascular disease still the number one killer of men, we are here to help. Our 22 board certified doctors and specialized medical staff focus on prevention and detection while being leaders in the treatment heart disease.
SDCA is aggressive in caring for men and encouraging them to care for themselves with annual physicals and checkups. Our state of the art building houses an all-in-one approach to care, with a wellness gym staffed by highly trained Exercise Physiologists, nutrition counseling by a Registered Dietitian, and a host of FREE nutrition lectures and heart healthy cooking demonstrations by our very own “Cooking Cardiologist.” We have Calcium Heart Scans and diagnostic cardiac testing in an accredited lab to evaluate, detect or rule out any cardiac problems. So men, let us know how we can help you with our Award Winning Cardiac Care!

As with any health concerns, your specific treatment program should be discussed thoroughly with your primary care physician as well as any specialists who may need to be consulted – like a cardiologist.
