Samantha Pushchak

PA-C

I am a Colorado native and was raised in Fort Collins. I graduated cum laude from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, obtained my EMT certificate, and earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University. Prior to joining South Denver Cardiology, I spent many years in primary care where I developed a strong interest in cardiology and I am very excited to focus fully on this specialty.
I am very passionate about educating my patients and building strong relationships as I believe the best care happens when patients are actively involved in their health decisions. I am a member of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA) and love bringing my bubbly, energetic personality into my work each day. My goal is to make each patient feel supported, informed, and empowered in their care.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my daughter, family, and friends. I love being outdoors, traveling, cooking, reading, and unwinding with a good movie or TV show.
