Call Center Supervisor
Rida Saleem is the call center supervisor. Rida joined SDCA in 2022 after relocating to Colorado from Plano, Texas. She started her journey in the Cardiology field in 2017 with one of Planoās most prominent heart hospital, focusing on Electrophysiology. She spent four years learning office management skills, provider scheduling, and call center operating and management roles. She is excited to be part of the SDCA team as she continues her journey in the Cardiology field.
Rida enjoys exploring the Colorado wilderness and scenic drives with her husband. When not on hiking trails, she spends time with her rescue mama cat and her two babies.
