I am a Colorado native having grown up in Littleton, and I received my undergraduate BSN degree from the University of Northern Colorado. I then went on to complete the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital and worked as a PACU RN for close to 9 years, recovering a wide variety of surgical patients from outpatient to ICU level of care. During my time as an RN, I wanted to further my education and nursing career in order to help patients in a different capacity. My graduate MSN degree, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, is from the University of Colorado. My passion lies in preventive medicine and I desire to help prevent hospital admissions and encourage patients to lead an active and healthy lifestyle!
Outside of my career, I enjoy anything outdoors- from walks and hikes to skiing and camping! I also enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends!
