Cardiac Rehab & Wellness Supervisor

Maddie Blair is a dedicated exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She holds certifications as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and a Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional (CCRP). With nine years of specialized experience in cardiac rehabilitation—all at South Denver Cardiac Rehabilitation—Maddie began her career in the Wellness Gym before transitioning to the cardiac rehab department early on.

Throughout her tenure, she has gained extensive expertise across multiple program models, including Traditional Cardiac Rehabilitation, the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program, and the current Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Maddie previously served as the department lead for four years before advancing to her current role as Supervisor.

In her position as Supervisor, Maddie provides leadership for both the cardiac rehabilitation and wellness departments. Her responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based patient care; overseeing a multidisciplinary team that includes exercise physiologists, medical assistants, administrative staff, and the registered dietitians; and maintaining program excellence in alignment with AACVPR standards and Pritikin principles.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys an active lifestyle that includes regular exercise, reading, and quality time with her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of two young children—Maverick, age 4, and Hazel, 9 months—as well as their energetic Doberman puppy.
