A native of Huntington, West Virginia, Dr. Shaver earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Marshall University, where he cultivated a profound interest in cardiovascular medicine and population health. He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency, served with distinction as Chief Resident, and finished his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, gaining advanced training in the comprehensive evaluation and management of complex cardiac conditions.
