I received my Bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1992, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in 1996 with the honor of Sigma Theta Tau. I gained extensive nursing experience in a level one Emergency Department prior to graduating with honors from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2001 with a Master of Science in Nursing. I then followed my interests in cardiology patient care with Western cardiology and have continued my practice with SDCA since 2007.Ā I enjoy the challenges that cardiology brings on a daily basis.
I am a Colorado native, married with two boys. I love the outdoors and enjoy many activities including tennis, running, skiing, hiking, yoga, reading and of course, savoring quality time with my family.
