MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC

I am from Mahnomen, Minnesota.  I earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language and Hearing from Moorhead State University.  I later attained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State College of Denver’s Accelerated Nursing Program.  My nursing experience included hospital work on the telemetry floor, progressive care unit, and 6.5 years in the intensive care unit.  I accomplished a Master of Science in Nursing with Sigma Theta Tau Honors from Colorado State University.  I joined South Denver Cardiology in April of 2013 after becoming dual board-certified in Acute Care and Family Practice.  I enjoy collaborating with all the SDCA team members to provide excellent care for those with complex cardiovascular disease processes.  I am proud to be a part of the nurse practitioner team that is flexible, educated, strong, and motivated.  I am a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

I like to run, hike and ski.  I love spending time with my husband and daughter.  We enjoy our summers with our extended family in Minnesota and North Carolina boating and swimming on the lake.
