Concierge Supervisor

In her leadership role as Concierge Supervisor, Dana oversees the concierge team in delivering exceptional front-of-house service. Her responsibilities will include managing reception and coffee services, warmly greeting patients and visitors, and cultivating a welcoming, professional environment that enhances the overall patient and guest experience. She coordinates all facility operations, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, maintenance requests, mail distribution, catering, and conference room setup to ensure seamless day-to-day clinic functioning. Additionally, Dana supports core patient care and operational excellence by providing direct patient assistance, championing safety initiatives, organizing and executing events, and addressing daily operational needs to promote efficient and high-quality clinical service delivery.

Dana has served as a Patient Service Representative at South Denver Cardiology since 2024. In this role, she managed front desk operations, overseeing the patient check-in processes, performing insurance verification using the EPIC platform, serving as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. She is also Co-Owner and Master Instructor at Littleton Taekwondo, Inc., where she contributes to daily business operations. Earlier in her career, Dana worked as an Administrative Assistant and Unit Secretary at DaVita, supporting patient admissions and managing patient groups.
