Take a step toward better health!

South Denver Cardiology Associates is excited and proud to be a Co-Brand Walk Chapter with Walk with a Doc!

Walk with a Doc is a national non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country. This program has had tremendous participation and success in hundreds of cities around the country as it has shown much-improved health results for countless people.

COVID-19 Notice,  special instructions, and rules are below.

  1. Please do not come to a walk if you are sick, recently recovered from being sick, have active symptoms (loss of smell or taste, cough, fever, etc), or were exposed directly to a person with COVID-19.
  2. Face Coverings are required except for eating, drinking and should be worn at all times during the event.
  3. Please observe physical (social) distancing of 6 feet unless you came with someone.
  4. We will be limiting our group size to the first 50 people until future notice.

Walk With Us

The walk is open to the community. Participation is free, and pre-registration is not required. Walkers will enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating walk with the cardiologists of South Denver Cardiology and other healthcare professionals, who will provide support to participants and answer questions during the Walk.
