Dr. Cinthia Bateman came to Denver in 2005 and joined South Denver Cardiology Associates in 2007. Cinthia received her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and her medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse in Syracuse, NY. Her residency was completed at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY and her fellowship in general and interventional cardiology was at North Shore University-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Manhasset, NY. Awards include Phi Beta Kappa, 1991; Magna Cum Laude, 1992; Honorary Woman of the Year Award, 1992 and Cardiology Fellow of the Year Award, 2002. She is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Nuclear Cardiology.
Cinthia is married and the mother of two children. She loves to read and can frequently be seen on the city’s streets riding her bike. Cinthia is the driving force behind developing a Women’s Heart Program for South Denver Cardiology Associates.
