I was born in Wisconsin but grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. I returned to the Midwest to obtain my Bachelor’s in Nursing from Creighton University. My career began in Creighton University Medical Center’s ICU, where my love for cardiology emerged. It led me to take a position in a Cardiothoracic ICU in my hometown. I moved to Denver and began working in the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology lab in 2017 at Porter Adventist Hospital. I obtained my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University and am a certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. I joined South Denver Cardiology to pursue my passion for empowering patients to take charge of their cardiovascular health.
I am married and enjoy hiking, weight lifting, cooking, and baking. My most recent love has been becoming a mother. I love soaking up time with my son, family, and friends in my spare time.
