Delsa Rose


Research RN Supervisor

Delsa Rose joined South Denver Cardiology Associates in 2004 and is the supervisor of the research department team. Delsa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Her nursing career began in 1991 and focused on the care of the cardiac patient in local Denver and Colorado Springs hospitals. After moving to the Denver area, she gained additional experience in the areas of orthopedics, education, and research. In 1999, she began to focus specifically on clinical research and continuing medical education.

Delsa was born in the Canal Zone in the Republic of Panama to a military family and considers Colorado the most beautiful state in the union. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and can fluently speak, read and write both languages. Her past experience includes a position as the Emergency Response Coordinator for the Pikes Peak Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Delsa is married and enjoys being a mother and grandmother. She loves reading, canning, and politics. Most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and close friends.
