Individualized Weight Management

Price: $515

Who Should Attend:

Anyone who is ready to make lifestyle changes.

Will be contacted by program leaders to set specific times and dates.

Description:

Begin your individualized lifestyle transformation in a supervised medical weight loss program overseen by Richard E. Collins, MD and lead by Susan Buckley, RD, Nutritionist and Vicki Siegel, MA, CSCS, Exercise Physiologist.
This 8-week individualized program will provide you with the tools and techniques to start a new approach to eating, health and weight control.

Programs includes:

-8-week Wellness gym membership
-Initial fitness assessment (TriFIT)
-Resting metabolic rate testing
-Four (bi-weekly) personal training sessions 
-One-hour initial nutrition consult
-Three (bi-weekly) 30 minute nutritional appointments
-Three nutrition lectures
-Three daytime cooking classes (101,102, special interest)
-Two introduction to stress management lectures
-Computer software for food/exercise tracking
-Pedometer
-Educational and behavioral weight management topics will be covered
-Final fitness assessment (TriFIT)
-Weekly homework assignments and food/exercise tracking reports
Medical release from PCP may be required (2 or more coronary risk factors)
